Standard Systems' Engineers combined FEA and Modal analysis to determine the effectiveness of the above redesigned machine. Afterwhich our team of electrical and mechanical engineers implemented the redesign of the critical elements to reduce deflection and improve repeatability. Parts quality was improved by 10-15 times.
